As Data Services Director and Senior Sales Engineer at PossibleNOW, John leads the design and development of enterprise-scale data integration solutions — architecting across AWS, hybrid, and on-premises environments to support analytics, compliance, and multi-channel marketing. Earlier in his career he served as VP of Data Operations at SureFIND and VP of Network Operations & Technology at NOVO1, where he ran technology for a 15-site contact center and rolled out multi-site VOIP, QA, and digital engagement platforms.
